Welcome to The Daisy Pot!
I am honored and grateful you have taken a moment of time to join me. Walk through the moss covered doorway of your heart, step into the lush green meadow of meditation and gaze upon the patches of simple, happy, yet sturdy daisies of deeds.
God created each of us in His image. He lovingly crafted us to reflect Him, His love for others and to glorify His goodness. Many times, in the busyness of the journey of life, we become chained to weights of unrealistic expectations, worthlessness and hurts. Here, in this spot, my prayer and desire is for you to reach out and pick the encouraging, sunny, pure and happy "daisy moment" that God has prepared specifically for you. In return, you will be a catalyst to turn around and plant your own "daisy deeds" as you encourage others. You can be a Daisy Farmer. (smile right there) The Bible often commends us to exhort one another, lift each other up. The Psalmist begs God to watch the words of his mouth and meditations of his heart and to ensure they are pleasing to God.
Ephesians 4:29-Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers.
These are the "daisies" you'll find here at this place:
**Words from a loving God to his fearfully and wonderfully made creation. Truths that are as timeless and faithful as The One who has sown them.
**There will be moments of laughter blossoms and bright, cheerful "Gerber Daisy" side splitting, snorting hee haws.
**The pure, innocent "Shasta Daisy" of God's love, grace, and mercy. Here, in this field, there is no need to pluck the white petals while reciting alternately, "He loves me-- He loves me not". No, dear friend. These petals all say, "He loves me!" He truly does! He gave His only Begotten Son to ensure your eternity. He has a Love Letter penned lovingly to you to remind you of His goodness, His desires for you, and His way.
**Lastly, our precious spot will include very practical seeds of encouragement to plant for ourselves, our families, our churches and those we encounter each day in the meadow of life.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for stopping by today! My prayer is that you have been encouraged and inspired to return. I am so, so excited to cultivate and display this sweet daisy garden with you and share the blessings it brings.
I am grateful to The Master Gardener for the opportunity He has created for me to tell of His wondrous works in my life. I am not perfect, however, He is. I look forward to our moments in the meadow.
